In december, 2011, i purchased a flat (4bhk) in the emerald floors premier, phase-iii, sector – 65, gurgaon, haryana, but as on date, i have not got the possession of the flat. I have taken a loan against this flat and been paying heavy emi every month over the past several years. Now, it has now been seven years but builder emaar mgf is not ready to give possession.
