I was registering for an NPS account at the time. I uploaded the necessary files and updated my information.
After that, when I attempted to pay, I was unable to get past the payment gateway (I needed the OTP to finish the transaction).
I’m trying to “Complete Pending Registration” right now, but I keep getting this message.
“We are awaiting the Payment Gateway’s response regarding the payment attempt made using this acknowledgement number. We ask that you wait for the payment process to be tried again before registering for an NPS number.
I need to do it manually, but I am unable to do it by waiting.
The Acknowledgement Number is 11445771
The Acknowledgement Date is 27/02/2024
