ENTER OUTSOURCING – Fraud Company

I was looking for BPO projects to start a new company in my native place with 5 computers. While surfing I received email from Mr. Dinesh Sahu (Ph: 08127524799 – M/S Enter Outsourcing, Lucknow – http://www.enteroutsourcing.com) about data Aircel Data entry project. I found it’s seems to good so I communicated with him.
As he said, we taken the SLA printout and signed. As he mentioned we transferred the 10000Rs to his. After that I sent my Driving License copy and my bank account details.
Once I sent soft copy SLA, I asked him return with his signature and seal but he said he will dispatch next like these.
But there is no response for agreement, so I asked him to send the file to work, after few days he sent file sharing link. I downloaded those files. When I try to unzip it was asking password, I asked to pass the password at the time he’s telling that you need to pay 12500Rs for the software. So I recognized he is trying to cheat so I asked him to return my 10000Rs but he said he will not return my 10000Rs. I warned him, he said do whatever you want.
This is totally a cheating business happening around. These need to stop. That’s why am writing this please take severe action against this guy and protect other innocents from him.
Anyone can test his cheating business buy calling him as new BPO Centre.
Since i have the paid receipt proof, Please let me know where else i can do the complaint.
