I purchased a apparment before 3yrs in EPA properties kelambakkam only good thing they delivered on time.
Rest of all are crap 0% quality
1, Low quality switch board broken with a month
2, within 6month there are lot crack on the wall
3, drainage connected with drinking watert tap, if you open tap drainage smell will come
4, they were also doing maintenance for last 3 year. But noting was maintained sweeper don’t sweep, etc..
There are many problem,
So please be careful before buying flat with Epa properties (basha)
