This is to bring into your kind concern that my self Akash Deep Mishra has worked with M/s TCI SUPPLIY CHAIN SOLUTIONS at Gurgaon (HR) , where my pf code was AP/HYD/0002847/000/0025855 after which I joined M/S ATOTECH INDIA LTD where I requested to transfer my previous account and merge it with the current one. Here I got a new PF code HR/GGN/25220/254 and I worked with this organization till dec’12. I joined my current organization –HONDA EXPRESS LOGISTICS INDIA PVT LTD on 21st Nov’11.
In my current company at the time of joining I have filled request form (form-13B) to transfer my old PF account to be merged with the current one. Here my PF code is DS/NHP/0033614/000/0000204
Now when I am trying to track my PF balance online with my current company PF code, it is showing my current companies contribution and balance only.
I request you to look into the matter and take some necessary action so that my all account and its balance can get merged and transferred to the current PF account (DS/NHP/0033614/000/0000204 )
For further ref here with I am attaching a scanned copy of the form 13B, which was filled at the time of joined the current company & already submitted to PF deptt for further proceeding.
