Charge 2 PLUS Portable Bluetooth Speaker

Hello,

We have bought a Charge 2 PLUS Portable Bluetooth Speaker from Esalesoffer but the product was defective.
The volume switch was not working and the charger was also damaged. We tried calling +91 85118 49724 but no response from there end and also dropped an complaint to [email protected] but no response with any solution.

Kindly help us.
