There is an instagram account with the name of Ethnicise which deals with the business of ethnic wears. So, i also ordered a dress from that account which costed me 1, 700 bucks but since the day i have ordered the dress. The lady that handles this account named Sanjana does not pick up my calls and hardly replies to my texts. I have made her a 100 of calls and she didn’t pick up any of that. I asked her to give me the DTDC courier number but she didn’t give me that too yet she once just texted me that she has sent the courier and that too when i repeatedly asked her. This is so pathetic and disgusting. And then today i got my order, the quality of that dress is so bad and it does not look like what was shown to me on the instagram account. Then this lady is not even going to refund my money. My money has gone wasted and that dress is also a piece of dump for me.
Kindly help me out and take necessary actions against this lady..
