Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I was hired as an intern via Internshala website into this company on 1st July 2017. The website clearly stated my internship period is for 2 months (i.e. July and August 2017). After completion of two months period when I asked about leaving the company, the company founder suddenly added a condition of a notice period of 2 months and told me that he will not pay me any money for the last month and won’t give me any experience letter if I quit.
At the time of joining, there were no such conditions discussed neither any document was provided or signed by me which states that 60 days notice period is mandatory. In actual, we never agreed on 2 months notice period at all.
However after completion of two months suddenly these terms and conditions were forcefully applied by the company founder Mr. Akash Murthy.
During my service period, he also harassed me mentally and also made me stay for longer than office hours multiple times as well as outside of working hours. His behavior seems professionally inappropriate but somehow I tolerated it for 2 months. And not getting a month’s salary is really disappointing for me. Hence I need Justice.
Please help me get my hard worked money and experience letter.
