Suman Kumar Rawat too, and still he is not able to recover the money from Kaushal Rai. However, i have filed an application under section 156(3) for registration of FIR, before Ms. Deeksha Sethi, LD. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi and now the matter is listed for arguments on 03.09.2024.Therefore, i request you to kindly assist me in getting the same done as this is the only resort left against this cheater.
