In Mar’22 Evershine Holiday has pitched us a trial travel package and got confirm at 1/- deduction with debit card EMI which we’ve withdrawn within stipulated time for cancellation however they didn’t processed for order cancellation to payment gateway for our EMI reversal which bank was asking and later they’ve settled as every month deduct EMI will be reimbused however since last 10 months their official Mr. Kaushal neither refunding me the money amounting to Rs.22521/- nor responding whereas on communication to other officials they don’t let the customer to talk to Mr. Kaushal. Mr. Kaushal also has suspended his contact no. 9873920990 and now I have no scope of getting my money refunded.
Evershine Holiday Pvt Ltd is a totally fraud complany.

Advocate Anmol Gupta this side, just wanted you to know that similar thing happened with my client Mr. Suman Kumar Rawat too, and still he is not able to recover the money from Kaushal Rai. However, i have filed an application under section 156(3)for registration of FIR, before Ms. Deeksha Sethi, LD. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi and now the matter is listed for arguments on 03.09.2024.
Therefore, i request you to kindly assist me in getting the same done as this is the only resort left against this cheater.
