In January 2021, during one of my worst periods, I joined Evershine Holidays in Manali. I was charged 1.5 lakhs for a fictitious “membership.”
He charged me 1.25 lakhs in September 2022 after giving me fake hotel reservations for a trip to Europe.
There was no reservation made in my name when I arrived in Amsterdam.
After arriving, I was forced to make my own reservations by paying much more money.
I was speaking with Kaushal from Evershine, who always claims that you should believe him even though he is a blatant liar. Just empty promises.
They therefore charged 1.5 lakhs for membership and added 1.25 lakhs for the fictitious hotel reservations.
Three months after the trip, he still hasn’t returned the money.
I sincerely ask the consumer complaints team to take this request under consideration and to offer a resolution as soon as possible.
