I purchased a ticket from New Delhi to Glasgow (UK) on May 5 after consulting with Mr. Kaushal.
I was informed that the payment was unsuccessful. When I told him that the payment had been successful on my end, he advised me to wait a few days while the portal processed the payment and sent the ticket to me.
My payment of Rs. 68,340.00 was deemed a failure on May 12 and will be reversed in 7 days, I was informed.
No payments have been reversed as of today (6 June).
I followed up with him several times, but each time I got the runaround, he had no solution.
Even though I requested a transaction number and screenshot in connection with the payment reversal follow-up he is conducting, I never received them, and as of right now, he is not returning calls or messages.
