Through Mr. Kaushal of Evershine Holidays Pvt. Ltd., we purchased our tickets. We must, however, cancel our reservation due to some unforeseen circumstances.
The cancellation was made on May 24, 2023, and the flight was scheduled for May 28.
After that, Mr. Kaushal stated that the refund issues take between 30 and 45 days to resolve.
The cost of the tickets was Rs. 1,72, 000, and each person—two adults and two children—was charged Rs. 24, 500 in cancellation fees.
As a result, I received only Rs. 74000 out of Rs. 1,72,000. He has still not refunded us the money after 75 days. Kindly do something.
Even the business address is incorrect.

Advocate Anmol Gupta this side, just wanted you to know that similar thing happened with my client Mr.
Suman Kumar Rawat too, and still he is not able to recover the money from Kaushal Rai. However, i have filed an application under section 156(3) for registration of FIR, before Ms. Deeksha Sethi, LD. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi and now the matter is listed for arguments on 03.09.2024.
Therefore, i request you to kindly assist me in getting the same done as this is the only resort left against this cheater.
