Mr. Kaushal from this travel agency booked my flight and charged extra for a bag that he didn’t add. I had to pay extra at the airport for the bag, and he was supposed to reimburse me for Rs. 9000 for the bag that he hasn’t returned in the last three months. Please assist me in reclaiming my money from this crook since he has been making excuses for the past three months.
