Through an agent named Kaushal from Noida who works for everyshine holidays pvt Ltd, I have purchased a plane ticket.
We gave him the additional cash he requested with the flight ticket for the extra baggage addition, but on the day of the flight, when we arrived at the Delhi airport, we discovered that the bag had not been added.
and we had to purchase additional baggage there in the airport only after that. When we spoke with the agent, he claimed that the bag had not been updated, but it had been more than a month since the flight had taken off.
and as of June 1st, I haven’t received any money back despite the airline’s assurances that no bag had been added with this PNR.
I have been calling him for the past 20 to 25 days, but he hasn’t picked up the phone or even responded to my messages until about 10 to 15 calls later. He was lying at the time.
and promise to give you the promised item when the day of delivery arrives. He further promises to do so on May 30th after 6 p.m.
Please take strict action against him because he hasn’t answered any calls since 30 and is committing all of these frauds.
