I was trapped in Mussoorie by false promises, and they robbed me of $50,000 for a three-year membership under the pretense that it would be fully refunded if we were dissatisfied.
Since they are a scam company and have consistently refused to provide services when I have contacted them over the past 1.5 years, I have not received any services from them.
On September 25th, 2022, I requested that they cancel my membership and refund my payment. Mr. Raj responded by promising that there is no need to cancel moving forward because you will receive proper services, but they are still acting in the same way and providing me with no service.
When you signed up for the membership, they guaranteed you lodging in a five- or four-star property, but this was all a lie.As I couldn’t locate Evershine’s office when I called, they didn’t pick up, and I got a message saying, “Please message us.” I’m not sure why they aren’t picking up the phone. Today, I visited their Noida office at the address listed on their website, which is Sector-58.
I then call the number listed on Google, where one of the representatives, Mr. Dheeraj, informs me that their office is actually in Sector 62, not Sector 58, as is incorrectly stated on their website, and he requests that I come on Monday as the office is currently closed.
After waiting there for two hours, I asked him to share the office address because I would like to visit on Monday. He responded that he would do so, but when I called to ask him to cancel my membership because I was dissatisfied with his services, he said that memberships cannot be cancelled and that he was lying to me about the existence of an office.
When I said that I would file a lawsuit against you and your business because you had defrauded me and were now lying, he replied that you could do anything. I no longer want to proceed and would like a prompt refund of my money.
Now that my mother is battling cancer, I’ve asked the consumer court team to look into this as soon as possible and asked them to refund my money.
