Excellence shelters pvt ltd — excellence shelters pvt ltd company owned by mr. Naresh bharde is not returning our money as per agreement, of total – 24, 99, 402/-

As per the agreement we have intimated to them well in advance about our intention to execute the agreement on the due date.

I am following up with the company from last 8 months, there is no reply from mr naresh bharde. He has stopped attending to the calls and responding to the e-mails sent.

Pls help me to get my money back, i have other liabilities planned considering i would get this money by last month.

Kindly help & take strict action against company & owner.
