I had worked in Exito Consulting for almost 1.4 years and resigned from my post on 4th November 2017 and my last date of working was on 4th December 2017, without any issues. I did not receive the payment for my last month which he said he would give me and on asking him repeatedly regarding the non payment of my salary he would say he is facing money issues and would say he would pay me next month. It has been 4 months since then and I am yet to receive my payment. Until this month he would say he would pay me, but when I said to him that I am filing a complaint if he did not pay me to which he said Ok file complaint we will see. He had given me a cheque which he blocked without notifying me and on asking he said that he did not tell me to put the cheque. I have been texting him msgs on 12th April 2018 from morning 9.30 till evening 3.00 and there was no response from him even after reading the message.
