I have booked na plot in variou projects (Garv, mystic hills, paradise city, mountain adobe & the wisdom tree taloja) with expat group in the monthly investment scheme of expat with a commitment of various sizes of non-agricultural land after completion of installments now its over 7 years are i’m waiting for registration/handover or to get refunds. After completion of investments i had no reverts from expat group on the land or my investment and on my persistence and followups (Mails & calls) i got them to commit to register/handover or refund my money which they have failed to fullfill. The company have very cleverly used my investment in all their other project, i personally feel that it was never their intention to honor the projects and my investment scheme. I need to know how such companies are getting away with such bogus schemes.
