I have booked a land from doha qatar in 2009, one acre in sanaya plots in pandheri maharastra state. I paid all installments by 2014. But i did not get either land or refund of my investment. When ever i meet their representatives, they say no money in company. They have no plans to refund. I am working in qatar. I visit only on vacation once in a year. They don’t have a particular process to settle issues. Every time new person change. I mailed to ceo of company but no response. I don’t know what to do. Please help.
