I had purchased half acre plot from expat in their project “harmony” located in maharashtra, sawantwadi district – sindhudurga near to goa borde (Mopa airport). The plot was purchased through the overseas office of expat in bahrain (Gulf) in october 2013 and we were promised the plot would be handed over latest by october2017. Till today they tell us that the “layout map” needs to be first approved after which the project will be submitted to rera.
Expat has collected inr-9 lacs, but till date when i visited the site, there is no development of land. Project: 265-ind-mh-har harmony”. Moreover the mumbai office does not reply to any our emails and phone calls.
Please help in resolving the case.
I myself paid Irs 735000/- to expat properties at their Dubai office, which doesn’t exist,purchased half acre land at harmony ll , it’s been 12 long years no response from expat properties, they don’t respond to emails or phone calls, they are number one fraud company, swindled people’s hard earned money with no ethics whatsoever…
