Carnival Goa land by Expat Property. A piece of land was sold to me in Dubai approx 10 years back, with many false promises by the team. Nothing! No money, no registration of the Land, no communication. Total Fraud. Need immediate disciplinary action by the Government. Their office is based in Goa, Mumbai, Pune. Moreover, the company closed shop in Dubai immediately after stealing all the money and disappeared from Dubai.
