Dear Sir / madam,
Myself and many others had purchased a piece of land through Expat Properties (I have evidence of amounts paid and all emails exchanged with different members of their team).
However, there has been no discernible progress towards registration and handover till date. Despite numerous follow-up attempts since 2020, it wasn’t until the first quarter of 2021, citing COVID-19-related delays, that Expat Properties estimated readiness for registration.
In 2022, Malvina Franco contacted us to discuss project progress. She referred us to Sanaya Leitao and John Neville Rodrigues from Expat Properties Goa, who to our dismay revealed that Expat, at the time of sale, lacked accurate information regarding land allocation requirements, resulting in irregularities such as undersized plots.
Further there were promises made by Santosh Gayak but he did not respond as promised.
This lack of professionalism and mistakes made by Expat Properties should clearly in no way impact us.
To make it worse, they are now trying to extract more money and making false promises. They came with some unacceptable offers which involve us in paying more money whilst they are the ones who owe us!! All this has caused us so much of mental stress and our hard earned money is down the drain!.
Some one needs to stop these corrupt people before more innocent people are cheated and we need to be refunded our money with interest or have the land registered to us as promised.
Thank you
