The pressure sensor was not working of my eco hybrid washing machine so i googled the local service center in patna. Then their website was tje first to appear so i thought of checking their service. The technician came and did the job in my absence but my guard was present at that time. When i came the the job was already done so he was paid the charges and then left. Then i checked the machine and found that he had broken the front door gasket of the machine and the machine is leaking as the water control was also out of order. When i complained to their service center, first they kept denying fhe fact that he broke and later when they realized their mistake then they kept saying we will send the technician for one half months and never sent him back. Then they started avoiding my calls.
It is both the poor service and bad behaviour of the customer care unit,that are fooling the customers. It is equivqlent to fraudulent as i have paid my service charge as well asextra charges that was levied.
