Hi ,i donoo even the company name express loan,first time am hearing the name..Simply they are sending whatsapp messages with unknown numbers,and they are asking todo the payment they are balckmailing.i donno from where they have got my details….I wanted to go legally if anybody facing same issue we all will file a case on them
