Hi
I just checked the eligibility on this express loan site but I haven’t requested then for the loan . They have released the amount 4200 rules on 21 dec 2020 with out my knowledge and they asked me back to pay 7000 rupes on 25 dec 2020 . I paid that amount on 25 dec 2020 and I have sent the screen shot of all the payment thing . But they are saying it’s not update in my system and they asking the amount one more time . How we can pay the amount multiple times .Pls tell me how compliant against them.
