No Website available in Contact Detail on Express Loan application
This is regarding the ExpressLoan app available on the Android Play store. As per available information on Play Store this is owned by Charm Investments private limited.Their contact details as per Application are – [email protected]. I was checking my loan eligibility and I got the information that my loan application has failed.
NOTE – Please be informed that while filling the details as a part of sign up, Charm Investments private limited has made a credit transaction for 1 Rupee in my bank account as a part of their overall sign up process. This is a suspected transaction in my opinion.The transaction details are as –
IMPSTO from INSTANTPAY-MITCON TR YES BANK REF NO-135209818700
After sometime around ~ 1 HR, they transferred Rs 4060 in my account on Dated 18-Dec-2021 and now they are claiming me to pay back Rs 7000 .
The transaction details which they made in my account is as follows –
IMPSTO from CASHFREE PAYMENTS IN YES BANK REF NO-135217806929
This company is doing fraud and i have already raised a complaint to RBI on Dated 18-Dec-2021. They are messaging me with threat on WhatsApp to pay back Rs 7000.
They are also sending the voice messages with threats. The whatsapp message which they are doing has been attached as screenshots along with this complaint.
