Express Loan mobile App by Charm investments private Ltd Agartala
It is to inform you that the loan amount was disbursement and credited to my account without any prior intimation by Express Loan mobile App. Amount was credited to my account Rs 4200/- and asking for repayment of Rs 7000/ which is very expensive and without any prior information and my consent.
In respect of the above, I want to inform you that
1. On seeing a Facebook advertisement, I downloaded the ExpressLoan App from PlayStore.
2. I fill the personal details information and submit documents to see the eligibility of the loan amount.
3. On 22/12/2021, Rs 4200/- was credited to my bank account.
4. On seeing the ExpressLoan App, I found that I have to pay Rs. 7000/-.
5. It is mentioned here that, I didn’t find any option to fill the loan amount nor put any loan amount on the App or otherwise.
6. Also, I didn’t find any option to fill the loan period nor put any loan period on the App or otherwise.
7. Furthermore, I didn’t find any loan agreement nor signed on any loan agreement for disbursement of loan.
8. Also, there is nothing mentioned about any interest rate, charges, processing fees, EMI etc in respect of the loan app.
Under the above, it is brought to your notice that
1. How do they disburse loan amount of Rs. 4200/- and asking for repayment of Rs. 7000/- without showing any loan agreement and signing on loan agreement?
2. How do they disburse loan amount without showing any interest rate, charges, processing fees, EMI etc?
3. How do they disburse loan amount without putting loan period and loan amount by me?
Hence, I totally denying the loan process and disbursement of loan which done without my consent and knowledge. Thus, I request you to arrange close the process of the loan and I am ready to reimburse the credited amount of Rs. 4200/- without any charges and fees.
