I ordered a bag from exuberant.com ,but the product delivered is different and fake also ,now the are not giving me refund ,before ordering I asked them about the refund policy and they replied that the company is having policy of 30 days and the bag can be returned if not liked by me ,now they are denying from whatever they said before delivering the product
