I Ordered a Limited Edition (Limited to 4810 Pcs) Mont Blanc Pen from their website Order No. 1907610722. They sent me the wrong pen. I asked them for a replacement and the product got picked up after 10 days.

After repeated calls and yelling, they shipped the replacement to me, and they shipped it as COD (My order was already paid for before). They took 15 days to send me the product back again which was still COD. I took the product from the courier person forcefully and refused to pay him the money. When I opened the package, the product was wrong again and completely different from what I ordered. Limited edition pens come with PEN Number, and the number is dually mentioned on the authenticity card….There was no card in the package.

Their customer care guy Jacob and Richa are very rude and unprofessional. They shouted on me and told me to be patient…all because I have paid the money and all the liability is on me. They are refusing to refund the money back to me.

Their address are all fake and all the notices sent to them would never get delivered.

I still have the fake product with me and I also have all the recorded conversations with me. I want someone to tell me what can be done?

Since my money is stuck, I’m planning to order more products using a fake address and never pay them for those products. PLEASE ADVICE
