Hi,

I bought two Mont Blanc pens from this online shop who said that these are original products bought under auction of old stocks, in US. After receiving, i found they are fake, and when tried to clarify from the supplier on their online servce and through whatsapp number given on website, they have discontinued replying to me. Even one of the two pens they took it back for replacement and after that replacement not sent. Further, they are not even replying to the messages.

There is no physical address given anywhere in their website, adn on the invoice. Also they took payment only in cash against delivery. The delivery agency is the same which does for Jabong, who deliver it as PHOENIXMAIL order.

I want to register this complaint.
