Faasos – Charged and Order NOT Placed and LYING about the same.

This happened on 23rd August, 2016. This was not the first time i had ordered from Faasos, I am an elite customer. The order was charged but not placed. So i called up the customer care service, and upon enquiry, was given the order details and was assured that my order had been placed. 50 Mins later, i call faasos again, and they, very conveniently, said the order had not been placed. Upon numerous requests, they did not connect me to the person who had LIED about it in the first place. After which, the Head of the Call Centre, MR Francis, Had the nerve to tell me to either order again or nothing can be done.
My Issues:
1) I need REFUND (Might get generated automatically)
2) I want Mr Francis to claim full responsibility for what has happened and want action to be taken against him.
3) I Need Faasos to come forward and give an official apology for the rude and Disgusting service of their employees.
