Ordered a dress from this website, paid via online mode, order #23131 had to be delivered by 18th Jan 2020 but hasn’t received it yet and no revert from their end (Email is not being reverted, phone number is switched off, no tracking updates). The shipping was scheduled by the company Delhivery which is a pretty renowned logistic service but disappointed with the website .
I ordered 5 items from this website. The payment was confirmed. When i did not receive my parcel i enquired for my parcel and they said it has been cancelled from their side and they will be returning my money within 4 working days. I never received my money back nor did I receive my parcel. Its been 8 months and now they dont even reply to my e-mails. The phone number is wrong and the true caller now shows instead of fabgallery fraud gallery.
