I ordered a kitchen item from fab touch on 13 Dec 2021, payment was successful in the name of Haresh Nathabhai Bambhaniya. But product is still pending. How to get my money back

How to file a complaint against Fab touch?
* Go to page
* Write Fab touch in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Fab touch.
Same issue here. Ordered on 8th Jan, payment successful in the name of LABHABHAI BHIKHABHAI KALSARIYA.
Looks like a fraud.
