I ordered brocade fabrics worth Rs.3154 on https://www.fabartcraft.com/ with Order ID: 1537273221-43743776435 and paid for the product through netbanking. Its more than a week, there is no delivery yet. I called them to the number +91 70210 78075 they have listed on their website and mailed them several times, but they are not picking the call nor replying to my mails. There is no way to reach them. I lost my money and my mental peace also. Could you please help.
We had to wait for a few days to get our delivery as they had problems due to the pandemic crises. We were extremely satisfied by the quality of fabric, the colour and the fitting. I would 100% recommend them to all. We also loved the customer service which were also updating us about our order and the problem they had of the staff. We understood the same but at the end of the day we are extremely satisfied.
I order 3 pants each costing 599, one was a denim, I got the parcel but instead of Denim they had packed a cheap material pant, I sent a complaint to them. They told me to send back the pant by courier at my cost and they will send the Denim pant, after seeing the reviews I did not send the cheap pant to them, as I knew that they will not send the pant or refund. But they have sent a new parcel to me, which I never ordered and they asked me to pay 1148/- . I did not receive the item as I had not ordered.
