I have booked few items on Fabartcraft site online and paid amount of Rs. 3820.50 via netbanking on 24.09.2020 I have not received any order confirmation nor any update till date. Tried to contact on phone but it is coming switch off. no reply through mail.
Is there any serious action from authority
