I ordered 3 colors of ikat fabric 1 metre each. I received a wrong product.. On mailing them, they tell me that I have to bear the shipping cost for the return and that they would deposit the amount later in fabrtcraft wallet for me to reuse on purchase from their site… Ever heard this nonsense??

When they do not have a, product ordered, they have sent something of their own choice and expect us to pay for the refund.. Still understandable, but saying it would be later put in the fabrtcraft wallet is forcing us to buy again.. What if they again send a wrong product??
These people have to be taken to consumer court and given some thrashing.
