I had ordered a trouser from fabartcraft and done the online payment. I placed the order on 20th Sep. Subsequently I received a payment confirmation from their side. I waited for a day but when no other confirmation came, so I sent a mail asking them when are they going to dispatch my order. On that I received a revert that “we will notify you once the order is dispatched’. It’s been 4 days but till date I have not received any confirmation from their side that my order has been dispatched.. The order no. (1600580239 – 639619942182) that I received is also not valid as I am unable to track through this id.. The phone number mentioned on their website is continuously switched off. Though, I have asked them today to cancel my order and process refund but I don’t think they will ever revert to me on this. Since I cannot track my order through this order id so I cannot cancel the order myself manually by going on their website. I think I have been fooled and have wasted my money.
I do not mind delays but atleast the customer should be kept updated. But, here I have been chasing them and there is no response from them. I think it’s some scam.
Beware of such people!!!
