Cotton running material order no.1554205052 72298045818. Order delivered COD paid Rs. 572.50. Wrong material sent. Complained. Agreed to replace. Asked to submit reverse parcel. One courier executive came after two days and asked for reverse parcel to Shopolics. I did not handover as I wanted to give to Fabartcraft not to Shopolics. Once there was problem they have blocked my no. and not at all answering even after trying 100s of times. Tried both 7021078075 and also 9351783282. Sent WhatsApp messages also. No answer for emails also. Total harassment. Today one lady called and told that I have not returned parcel. I told her nobody came. Then she is telling Fabartcart and Shopolics are one and same. How do I know? She promised reverse pickup but nobody has come. Meanwhile I had booked one more order no.1555599478 33648402448. Waybill no.2428810143113. for exchange same amount. Now they have blocked this delivery waiting for reverse pickup. Not collecting also. Not picking calls or replying to emails or WhatsApp. Total harassment. Will they cheat me? Please help. Learnt a lesson. Will never shop with them again. Will tell all known people to avoid them. Hard earned pension money. Fraud company. Please help.
