FABZARA – 10Kg booked mango not received neither refind received

1. I have booked 10 kg mango on 27th April 2021 as per the advertisement of FABZARA on the website/face book. ( Screen shot attached Annex -1 )
My order No – 30302
Booking date 27-04-2021
Amount paid through credit card – Rs 589/-
As per the term and conditions the packet has to be delivered within 24hrs. However the same has not been delivered so far.
Money was collected at Cash free (support @cashfree.com) screen shot attached
2. The order was confirmed as per the screen shot (Annex -1)
3. I lodged telephonic complaint at the consumer complaint number (9883973209 and 7318656534) but no result. Instead they further wanted to cheat me and asked ne to download the APP for refund and enter OTP, which I refused to do, to save myself from further cheating.
