I bought Sony PlayStation 5 dualsense wireless controller (certified refurbished) on 7th August, 2022 for an amount of Rs.1,999/- on prepaid basis. But after waiting for so long till date I have not recd my product. Since then I have been calling the company but their phone number provided on the website is continuously switched off. I also emailed them on the email provided but no response over email as well. The website offers sale again and again but dont bother to provide/give products purchased from them even though they take money on prepaid basis. I wonder why the website has not yet been banned. Such a fraud company who is looting people of their hard earned money. Website should be banned and some serious action should be taken against them.
