On Saturday, I received a call from fashionclues person saying that I am selected for some assured gift. To avail my gift, I have to make purchase of 3000-4000 and then my gift will be confirmed. They accept online payment, so I transferred 3100 to their Paytm number 9266610146 to confirm my order.
After confirmation, they booked my gift and asked for service tax of amount 8470 which I transferred through Paytm. Now, they are asking me to pay for insurance of my gift. I denied to do so and asked to give me my money back, but now they are saying that they have to go through some procedure ans they are still not giving me perfect answer.
Now, I am definitely sure that I am victim of fraud call.
I have all proofs against them (messages and transaction details). Please look into this matter and if possible, help me to recover my money.
Same hapend wit me n i m stil struggling. May b aftr ds i wl complain in police.
