Subject : Complaining against Online Fraud Case.

Dear Sir,

1. On 15 Feb 2017, a representative of Fashion clues congrats me on tele stating about assured gift, if I purchase a product from their company above Rs 3000 (rupees three thousand only). Then I purchased a dinner set of Rs 3500 through NEFT payment.

2. In the evening at about 06:04:16 PM on 15 Feb 2017 Mr Ravi Mehta (representative of their company) conveyed me about additional prize of cash prize Rs 5,20,000 (Rupees five lakh and twenty thousand only) in polo context.

3. On 16 Feb 17, Mr Vimal Jain (CA & Senior Account Manager) asked my bank details where funds to be transferred. Firstly I express my inability to tell my bank details. But he assured that my details will be confidential as I have to transferred the amount in company account not an individual). So there is no risk to your money.

4. In the evening of the same day he again called me and told that bank deny to transfer this huge amount in one lot. So they decided to breakup the total prize into two parts (Rs 2,60,000 each). He guided me RBI guidelines for winning amount that if I won an prize more than Rs 1,70,000 then customer has to show link up with company account to release tax free winning amount and also asked me to deposit an amount of Rs 9500 to company account.

5. I deposit the amount in company account through NEFT and same was confirmed by them. On the next day Mr Jain told me that bank is unable to transferred the amount in two parts due to some technical problem and decided to transfer the whole amount i.e, Rs 5,20,000. But this time I have to be deposited another Rs 9500.

6. But this time I didn’t agree to pay the said amount and I asked Mr Jain to revert my initial payment of Rs 9500 into my account. But after that the mobile of Mr Jain got switched.

7. Sir, even after lapse of 13 days I didn’t received any product which I purchased of Rs 3500 nor an amount of Rs 9500.

8. Once again may I request you to do the needful in reverting my amount of Rs 9500.
