Representative of fashionothon offered me an assured gift of laptop (Dell-make) on 14.03.2016 at 1:45 pm via phone no.+919941056891 and requested me to pay rs.4999/- for a combo pack (Watch, sun-glass, track-suit and shoe).
I paid the money through uco debit card on 22.03.2016 vide order id 1685. Till date the material has not reached to me.
They again ask me to pay rs. 19999/- for assured gift. On querry, the representative said that the transaction will be failed and no money will be deducted. But the transaction was successful and rs.19999/- was deducted from my account.
Again the representative assured me to return the money within 72 hours. But i did not get the money back.
I want the money to be returned and immediate action to stop be-fooling the people.
