Being a first time user, it’s Worst experience which anyone could have assumed for. Second day of the Shoe and upper is not at all supporting the Soal and its almost out. No one is ready to support from any front, money is what this company believes in, instead of Customer’s and experience which has been delivered to them.
Other order was delayed by 9 days and fake information on the site and all were repeating the same line, after checking myself, i updated to the company that Courier company denied the Shipment, and after chasing and writing mails, finally the package was delivered. God Knows what will happen with product now which is left with me. And I need solution for the faulty one ASAP.
