Insecure for womens.
Myself jeeva from Coimbatore. I’m an existing customer for fast track. I’m booked a call taxi from fast track on Yesterday (08.01.2014) Wednesday (Coimbatore) for official purpose. For the Past two yrs I’m booking only fast track call taxi for my personal & official works. On 08.01.2014 from Morning 11.15am to 8.15 pm(9hrs) i used that taxi. The taxi condition was very very poor. The way he(driver) speaked to the customer was very nasty and he don’t know how to behave to the customers, especially to women. I felt very uncomfortable to travel in the taxi. But as a humanity basis i just allowed him for my work. As per the conversation between fast track executives got the permission to extend the timings. They accepted my demand and i conveyed the information to respective fast track driver (ID: 600, Jaganathan).During my travel hours he used to speak with me unwanted things. I felt insecurity to travel with him and i called one of my office staff to accompany with me in remaining hours. He argued with me about the package also. I complained to the fast track executives about the incident. But i didn’t get a proper response from fast track. After my official work ,i was not ready to pay the amount,because the timing allowed for me is not completed. As per my opinion the incident i faced was very impolite, but even though i paid the extra amount to the fast track driver.So i felt no one is secure in fast track services especially ladies and children. And also i got a improper response from fast track executives regarding in this issue. Hereafter i will not prefer fast track call taxi for anyone .I am attaching the scanned copy of my bill for the evidence.
