Fast track call taxi – Taxi never came inspite of booking in advance

Booked taxi for pick up around 9.30 pm,04/11/13 in Coimbatored for booking around 7.00 pm. Asked to call around 8.30 pm. Then finally booked after repeated calling to fast track office. got sms confirmation.But driver never called or picked my call. no one in office also responded. 10.00 pm was my bus timing. missed the bus and have to travel by government bus in cut journey. total mess up with irresponsible answers and behavior by the fast track people. I have all documents like sms, phone recording of conversation with fast track office people and my phone statement of both incoming and out going calls for the same date.Want to lodge a complaint against the office and its driver and i’m seeking justice for the same.
