Hi !!!

I had travelled in fast track call taxi from anna nagar hospital to my home. Registration no 1108 dated 5th Jan 2016 at 18.15. I am frequent taxi picker due to pregnancy. I am living in villapuram Meenakshi nagar 2nd street. Always I will take taxi from my 2nd street end as well as the same drop at that place only. It’s good luck school point exactly.

For drop, I told the driver to enter into Meenakshi nagar. He shouted at us. He couldn’t go inside this Meenakshi nagar and change over the way. How it’s possible to change over the way. I said, sir frequently was taking taxi.. its not that much difficult to enter.please proceed to this way. In the meantime, he passed my street and stopped near petrol bank and continued shouting with us. We were the two ladies travelling alone. So I asked him sir why u were afraid as if u didn’t know driving and stop the car in incorrect place. The driver replied very angrily I won’t go…tell me other way… Don’t use abuse words.. I was surprised tht I didn’t use any word like that how come u tld like tht I asked. He replied back y u r asking r u a driver? Again was replied I didn’t say like that I said don’t talk like beginner in driving. He was not in a stage to listen to us and told me that what kind of customer u were? He didn’t want this trip. I told it should be said by me. He replied back as u r pregnant lady Don’t talk like this and he told to whomsoever u want to complaint… go and complaint. While this, I reached my drop end by travelling around 4 streets apart. Like v didn’t enter first and then second street. V came from 5 th street towards 2 nd street. He charged 145/- for this travel. He told if u want to reduce 5 rs. U can. I told if u want 10/- more that’s not an issue… like this shouting at customers are not good behaviour. I paid and get down from the car. After reaching home I raised a complaint through fast track also. But I need to write this also to u. Kindly provide me the justice
