I had ordered for 2 blouses from the website www.fastroly.com for a price of rs 1395/- on 29/1/2019. However, i recieved cheap looking unstitched blouse pieces. When i wrote to their customer care, i was told that i could return ship it at my cost and they would refund the amount to fastroly wallet which i can use to shop agan from the website. This amount would be credited after deducting a processing fee of rs 250. This company is clearly cheating its customers. I wouldn’t want to buy anything from this website ever again. I just need a refund of my money to my bank account / credit card.
This website should be blocked so that more customers don’t get cheated!!
