Recently I ordered clothes from fastshopping website, pay through razorpay. I only received order no. Through email which was #3491, no other details. I dropped mail in their customer care I’d but not found any thing.
Then again I decided to visit the store again and check refund, shipping policies. They only mention basics police’s which is generally given by other shopping websites, important thing is that all conditions were related to post delivery products.
Now a days… Businesses are growing like anything. Government boosting MSME businesses but there no senction on fraudulent conduct, after having fraud there are so many remedies, but their are no precaution for preventing such activities.
I would like thankful to this complaintlists which provides me opportunity to write my complaint regarding such hilarious and shameful conduct buy this fish business. Also I request you to please spread awareness and provide help regarding this.
